Invitations
In
compliance with Executive Order No. 40, issued by
President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo on 8 October
2001, the Institute for Labor Studies will regularly
publish Invitations to Bid to suppliers for various
purposes. E.O. No. 40 requires the consolidation
of procurement rules and procedures in government, and
the use of the Government Electronic Procurement System.
This
section, therefore, will be updated as the need arises. |
