INVITATION TO BIDDERS/SUPPLIERS

     Proposal for sealed bids for the printing of ILS Brochure and MIRC Brochure,  needed by this office shall be received at the Institute for Labor Studies (ILS), 5th Floor, DOLE Bldg., Intramuros, Manila.  Form for said proposals or bids, provided by the office for the purpose, must be submitted in a sealed envelope  not later than 3:00 p.m. on 12 September 2007.

      Bidders are requested to present personally or through their authorized representatives their proposals from the Property Section of the Institute starting 04 September 2007.  The Institute for Labor Studies reserves the right to reject any and/or bids, to waive any informality in the bids received, and to accept such bid which is most advantageous to the government.
