Evaluation of Voluntary Arbitration in the Philippines
Year Completed: 2005
This study is an attempt to determine whether the voluntary arbitration program is a better alternative to a compulsory labor dispute settlement system.  It looks into factors that may encourage or hinder parties from availing of voluntary arbitration and analyses whether current policies are supportive of the preferential use of voluntary modes of dispute settlement.
