The survey attempts to assess the level of performance and usefulness of PESO services from the perspective of the employers.  It shall help determine the level of awareness of employers on the existences of PESOs and its array of employment facilitation services and identify factors that will encourage or discourage employers to tap the PESO services.  The outcome is seen to be a reliable basis for policy recommendations toward improving PESO services.
