This
project revisits the Labor Code provisions on the
employment of house helpers and looks at the bills filed
in Congress as steps towards the development of a more
responsive and relevant proposed bill.
The development of the bill is a product of a
series of small group discussions within ILS and
inter-agency consultative discussions in the DOLE and
other partner agencies.
The procedural sequence of the project are as
