Work Improvement
in Small Audio-Visual Production

Year Completed: 1992

This project is designed to complement the implementation of the entrepreneurs’ training program on Work Improvement in Small Enterprises or (WISE).  The WISE training program aims to increase productivity by improving working conditions of small enterprises using simple and low-cost methods developed by the International Labour Organisation (ILO).

The WISE-AVP is composed of a promotional module on WISE and eight instructional modules on the conduct of the Entrepreneur’s Workshop.  The promotional module, actually an encapsulation of the WISE program, is meant to facilitate the process of attracting participants to the Entrepreneurs’ Workshop, and to enhance information dissemination.  The eight instructional modules supplement the trainors’ training sessions.  The AVPs are expected to speed up the implementation of the program, especially in the regions.
