ILS - DOLE

The My ILS Alliance is a multidisciplinary network of ILS Alumni that provides a platform for dialogue and exchange of ideas on labor and employment. Launched in July 2009, the Alliance was created to strengthen relationships among former and current research analysts of the Institute.

Since the Institute’s creation, the ILS has been the birthplace and training ground of leading labor and social analysts and leaders in the country, thereby boasting a distinguished line of labor luminaries here and abroad. It is this legacy of excellence that the Institute wishes to continue and enrich through its continuous reach of its former employees and its present staff. Through the Alliance, the ILS targets to initiate interaction and facilitate knowledge transfer among its alumni and staff.
